How to delete your Beleef app account?

You believe Beleef isn’t for you? That hurts … since we want all people to love earning Beleef rewards in the seamless way that makes us unique. But until the point we make Beleef even better, we’ll help you delete your account and hope you’ll return to us in the future!

Here is how you can delete your account from within the Beleef app:

1. Go to the Menu of the Beleef app and click on “Accountgegevens” (“Account Details”).

2. Click on “Account verwijderen” (“Delete account”).

3. Confirm by pressing the red button “Account verwijderen” (“Delete account”).

4. A confirmation pop-up is shown that all your data will be deleted within 14 calendar days.

Here is how you can delete your account by e-mail:

1. Simply send us an e-mail to info@swave.be.

2. Include:

   a) The text “Delete my account, please”.

   b) The e-mail address linked to the Beleef app account you’d like to be deleted.

3. All your data will be deleted within 14 calendar days. We will confirm this by responding to your e-mail with “All your data of your Beleef app account has now been deleted.”
